Update on CMA Fest 2021
COVID-19 caused a lot of events to cancel in 2020, including the famous CMA Fest held in Nashville, Tennessee every year. However, a lot of COVID-19’s effects from 2020 still exist today. And that is why CMA has announced that it will be cancelling its festival once again in 2021. The event has been canceled due to similar safety precautions that caused them to cut it in 2020.
CMA sent out the following: “While we are encouraged to see COVID-19 vaccines becoming more widely available, we still face several challenges that prevent us from bringing our fans around the world the CMA Festival experience they have come to expect.”
Now What?
The CMA Fest communications team has announced that they have already set the date for the festival in 2022. The country music event will take place from June 9-12, 2022.
