Country music legend and Grand Ole Opry member Lorrie Morgan has canceled all concerts and public appearances for the next two weeks. The decision was confirmed by her longtime manager, Tony Conway of Conway Entertainment Group.

The temporary hiatus comes as Morgan’s husband of nearly 15 years, Randy White, continues his fight against mouth cancer. White, who has been undergoing treatment, was recently readmitted to a hospital in Middle Tennessee for further care.

Pam Tillis Steps In

With Morgan stepping away to be by her husband’s side, fellow country artist and close friend Pam Tillis will join the current tour lineup in her place. Tillis will fill in for Morgan on the ongoing tour with legendary band Alabama.

Fans have flooded social media with well wishes and support for the couple.

Morgan, known for hits like “Five Minutes” and “Something in Red,” has not issued a public statement, but her team is asking for privacy and continued prayers during this time.
