Warner Music Nashville artist (and Country Evolution Artist to Watch) Braxton Keith, described as “one of the most fiery newcomers out of the Texas circuit” (Country Central), has officially released his major label debut EP, Blue. This six-song collection serves as a vibrant introduction to Keith’s distinct sound—crafted in the honky-tonks of Texas and inspired by the timeless essence of country music.
A New Generation of Country Talent
Keith is part of a wave of country singer-songwriters revitalizing the genre’s traditional roots. A proud Texas native, Keith was born in Midland, Texas, a city steeped in country mystique. He currently splits his time between San Antonio and Nashville, two cities that have deeply influenced his sound and songwriting.
Later this month, Keith will bring his signature style to Las Vegas, performing two shows as part of the Official NFR Experience.
The Blue EP: A Sound Steeped in Tradition
Drawing from a deep appreciation of the ‘80s country aesthetic, Keith has honed his craft on the road, playing venues across his home state. His performances channel the timeless power of a full-throttle band, organic twang, and barbed-wire vocals reminiscent of country icons like Tracy Lawrence.
Keith’s unique sound also carries a touch of San Antonio’s borderland Spanish influence, blending seamlessly with his throwback-tonk style. His ability to merge traditional country elements with modern energy has made him a favorite in Texas honky-tonks and beyond.

His evolving style captures the raw energy of Texan dancehalls while reaching a broader audience, cementing his place as a modern troubadour.
