Celebrate Country Music’s Biggest Names at the ACM Honors!
The Academy of Country Music® has announced the star-studded lineup of honorees for the 17th Annual ACM Honors, taking place on Wednesday, August 21st, 2024, at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee.
A Night of Unforgettable Performances and Tributes
This prestigious event, often referred to as “Country Music Industry’s favorite night,” promises a night filled with unforgettable live music and tributes. Carly Pearce, a four-time ACM Award winner, will be returning to host the show for the fourth consecutive year, joined by reigning ACM Song of the Year winner Jordan Davis.
ACM Special Award Honorees Revealed!
This year’s ceremony will honor a remarkable group of individuals who have made significant contributions to country music. Here’s a glimpse at some of the prestigious awards being presented:
- ACM Triple Crown Award: Lainey Wilson, the reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year, will receive this coveted award, making her the first solo woman to achieve this feat in just three years.
- ACM Icon Award: The prestigious ACM Icon Award will be bestowed upon industry titans Tony Brown, a legendary record producer, and country music powerhouse Trisha Yearwood.
- ACM Lifting Lives Award: Luke Bryan, known for his chart-topping hits and philanthropic endeavors through his Farm Tour, will be honored with the ACM Lifting Lives Award.
- ACM Poet’s Award: Songwriting legends Walt Aldridge and Alan Jackson will be recognized for their exceptional lyrical contributions with the ACM Poet’s Award.
More Awards and Performers to be Announced
Additional honorees for the Studio Recording Awards and Industry Awards, along with the previously announced Artist-Songwriter of the Year Chris Stapleton and Songwriter of the Year Jessie Jo Dillon, will also be celebrated at the ACM Honors. Performers for the ceremony will be revealed in the coming weeks.
