Dolly Parton fans and wine lovers alike now have a new destination to raise a glass in Music City. Today, the Dolly Wines Bar officially opened on Level 2 North inside Nashville’s Assembly Food Hall, offering a unique wine experience inspired by the warmth and authenticity of the iconic entertainer herself.
Created in partnership with Dolly Wines, the bar features two standout selections personally curated to reflect Parton’s Southern charm and storytelling legacy: a bright, fruit-forward Pinot Noir and a creamy, balanced Chardonnay. Both are now available to enjoy on-site.
“This bar is more than just a place to sip wine. It’s a celebration of Dolly’s inclusive and joyful spirit,” organizers said. Open to the public for guests 21 and over, the space invites locals and visitors to pause, connect, and enjoy a taste of something that feels personal and welcoming.

Each wine on the menu reflects Dolly’s signature style, with thoughtful notes and inviting flavors:
- Dolly’s Chardonnay: A pale lemon-colored wine with vibrant notes of white peach, sweet cream, and toasty oak. Designed to pair perfectly with a Southern meal or lively conversation, it evokes the feeling of a Smoky Mountain sunrise.
- Dolly’s Pinot Noir: This smooth red offers notes of blueberry pie, cherries, and a soft touch of vanilla. Its silky texture makes it as easy to sip as one of Dolly’s classic ballads is to sing along to.
