GRAMMY®-nominated and chart-topping country singer-songwriter ERNEST will headline the kickoff of the first-ever Busch Light Summer Music Series on Sunday, May 4, performing just before the WÜRTH 400 presented by LIQUI MOLY NASCAR Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Fans attending the race can catch ERNEST live by upgrading their ticket with a Sunday Track Pass, offering premier access to the pre-race concert (while supplies last).
ERNEST Brings Country Heat to the Speedway
ERNEST will bring the energy of his acclaimed albums Flower Shops (The Album) and Nashville, Tennessee to the infield stage. Known for his lyrical craftsmanship and distinctive sound, the Nashville native has penned 13 No. 1 songs and continues to climb charts with both his solo work and star-studded collaborations.
As The New York Times described, “Ernest, a writer of hit songs and an emerging star in his own right,” is bringing that star power to NASCAR fans this May. His recent work includes “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone featuring Morgan Wallen, which broke records on the Hot 100 and earned ERNEST a 2025 GRAMMY® nomination.
A Season of Big Stages
ERNEST is no stranger to big stages, having recently toured with Lainey Wilson, Old Dominion, Morgan Wallen, and Jelly Roll. From stadiums to speedways, he’s quickly becoming one of country music’s most in-demand performers.
According to the Los Angeles Times, “From hitmaker to historian… ERNEST is reviving the sound of classic country music.” That legacy will be on full display at Texas Motor Speedway.
