Exclusive Premiere: Juna N Joey’s New Single “Stop Thinking”

Juna N Joey

Country Evolution is proud to premiere “Stop Thinking,” the newest release from country sibling duo Juna N Joey. The reflective track captures the emotional in-between of a breakup, when moving forward feels necessary but memories of what might have been are still hard to escape.

Written by Juna N Joey alongside Bradley Collins, “Stop Thinking” explores the uncertain space where going back is no longer an option and the future is unclear. The song ultimately finds its footing in the simple but difficult act of letting go. In addition to its digital premiere with Country Evolution, the song also debuted on television with WRKN (ABC 2) Local On 2 and on radio with Eryn On The Air on WSM.

A Song About the Slow Process of Moving On

Lyrically, “Stop Thinking” leans into the small moments that can unexpectedly reopen old wounds. From passing trucks at red lights to dates that once held meaning, the song reflects how everyday details can linger long after a relationship ends.

“When do I stop thinking?
That the blue F150 next to me
At the red light will be yours this time
When do I stop thinking?
November 18th is just another day of the year
Don’t mean nothin no more”

“This song is about the slow, aching process of moving on when a person has moved on already,” shares Juna. “It lives in that in-between space where every little thing, a truck at a red light, a date on the calendar, a quiet morning, still feels like being with them, even though they’re gone.”

Momentum Continues for Juna N Joey

Juna N Joey carried strong momentum throughout 2025 with the release of multiple singles, including fan favorites “Sip It Slow” and “Keep My Tab Open.” The duo also took the stage at several major events, including the Tennessee State Fair, and opened shows for Scotty McCreery. With the release of “Stop Thinking,” they are heading back into the studio to work on new music.

Building Community Through Music and Food

Beyond the stage, the duo recently opened their restaurant, Round Hear, in Goodlettsville, just north of Nashville. Designed as a hub for food, music, and community, the venue features an extensive menu, handcrafted cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages connection.

In true Music City style, Round Hear places a strong emphasis on live music, regularly hosting intimate performances and songwriter rounds that spotlight both established and emerging artists.

“Songwriting and music are all we have ever known, and who doesn’t love food?” says Juna. “So we wanted to combine it all with Round Hear. Nashville is full of music places, but we are a little bit different with not being right downtown, free good parking, fine dining, and creating an experience with every visit. Plus, you never know who may stop in!”
