Fans were treated to electrifying performances of album tracks, including a standout rendition of “Lone Star State of Mind” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this year. Midland also graced the Grand Ole Opry, celebrating a milestone with the RIAA 5X PLATINUM certification of their breakout hit “Drinkin’ Problem.”

A Star-Studded Year of Collaborations

Midland’s 2023 was marked by standout collaborations, including a duet with Orville Peck on “The Hurtin’ Kind,” featured on Peck’s acclaimed album Stampede Vol. 1. The track was named one of the “Best Songs of the Year” by Consequence.

The trio also contributed a lively cover of Tom Petty’s “Mary Jane’s Last Dance” for the tribute album Petty Country, adding their signature sound to the star-studded project.
