
Turnpike Troubadours made a powerful appearance this past weekend on CBS Mornings’ “Saturday Sessions,” showcasing songs from their highly praised new album The Price of Admission. The band performed three standout tracks, including “Heaven Passing Through,” “Nothing You Can Do,” and “On The Red River.”

New Album The Price of Admission Garners Praise and Chart Success
The album debuted at #1 on both the iTunes all-genre and country charts. It also reached #3 on the U.S. Albums Spotify chart and #9 globally, marking the highest Spotify debut in the band’s history. On Billboard, it claimed the top spot on both the Digital Albums and Current Digital Albums Sales charts, while also charting on Americana/Folk Albums (#13), Independent Albums (#22), and Top Country Albums (#28). The album has already surpassed 13.3 million streams across platforms.
Extensive Tour Continues Through 2025
Following the album’s release, Turnpike Troubadours are in the midst of their Wild America Tour, which runs through the end of the year. Upcoming performances include major cities such as Chicago, St. Louis, Asheville, and Washington, D.C.
The band is also playing international dates this summer, including multiple shows in Dublin and London with Zach Bryan, along with a headlining slot at BST Hyde Park. They will also join the lineup for Willie Nelson’s 10th Anniversary Outlaw Music Festival Tour, performing alongside legends like Nelson, Bob Dylan, Billy Strings, and Sheryl Crow.
A major highlight of the year includes headlining the final day of the 2025 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, on October 19.
