The legendary Randy Rogers Band marked another career milestone on March 8, performing to a sold-out crowd at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. This event marked their third consecutive year of selling out the iconic venue, further cementing their place as one of Texas’ most enduring and influential acts.

The evening kicked off with an electrifying performance by fellow Texans, Josh Abbott Band, who set the tone with fan-favorite hits that captured the Lone Star spirit.

During Randy Rogers Band’s set, the crowd was treated to an unexpected moment when Kid Rock took the stage. Accompanied by Erin Burr of the RIAA, Kid Rock delivered exciting news: Randy Rogers Band had earned three new RIAA certifications. Their single “Buy Myself A Chance” received Gold status, while “Kiss Me in the Dark” and “In My Arms Instead” were both certified Platinum.

A Night of Hits and New Music

The band thrilled the audience with a setlist spanning their two-decade career. Songs like “Kiss Me in the Dark,” “San Antone,” “In My Arms Instead,” “I Won’t Give Up,” and tracks from their influential album Rollercoaster showcased their signature Red Dirt sound.

They also introduced their latest single, “Break Itself,” released on March 7. Written by Randy Rogers, Parker McCollum, and Randy Montana, the song delves into themes of heartbreak and personal accountability. Produced by Jedd Hughes, “Break Itself” reflects the band’s evolution while staying true to their Texan roots.
