Lainey Wilson’s Peace, Love, & Cowboys (Holiday Edition) is available today, featuring three festive tracks: a holiday version of her hit “Peace, Love, & Cowboys,” a duet with Bing Crosby on “Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!,” and a rendition of George Strait’s “Christmas Cookies.” Fans can stream or purchase the EP here.

A physical edition, including 12-inch vinyl, 7-inch vinyl, and CD, will be released on November 21. This version features the two holiday tracks along with instrumental versions. Pre-orders are available here. Wilson will also perform these holiday songs live at the Grand Ole Opry on December 10 during their special Christmas show. Tickets are on sale now at www.opry.com.

Recent Milestones and Upcoming Appearances

This release adds to an already remarkable year for Wilson. She will host the 59th Annual CMA Awards next month and is tied as the most-nominated artist with six nods, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year (Whirlwind), Single of the Year (“4x4xU”), Song of the Year (“4x4xU”), and Music Video of the Year (“Somewhere Over Laredo”).

Wilson is also confirmed as a headliner for the Stagecoach Festival in spring 2026 and was recently featured on the 2025 TIME100 Next list. She performed sold-out shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena as part of her extensive Whirlwind World Tour.

Whirlwind Deluxe Edition

This summer, Wilson released the deluxe edition of her award-winning album Whirlwind via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville. The expanded edition includes the original 14 tracks plus five additional songs: “Bell Bottoms Up,” “King Ranch, King George, King James,” “Yesterday, All Day, Every Day,” “Peace, Love, and Cowboys,” and “Somewhere Over Laredo,” which is currently in the Top 10 at country radio.

“Somewhere Over Laredo” was the most added song at country radio and has been praised by CBS Mornings, Rolling Stone, and Billboard, with the latter calling it “one of her most commanding, dynamic vocal performances to date, crescendo-ing from a soft-focus, tender vocal, before gradually reaching into her upper register for powerful moments that heighten the song’s emotional acuity.”

Awards and Accolades

Variety has dubbed Wilson “the reigning current standard-bearer for women in country.” She took home four awards at the 60th ACM Awards—Entertainer of the Year (her second consecutive win), Female Artist of the Year (third consecutive win), Album of the Year (Whirlwind), and Artist-Songwriter of the Year. Wilson performed during last year’s Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Halftime Show and previously won two CMA Awards, where she made her hosting debut alongside Peyton Manning and Luke Bryan.

Wilson also launched her fourth Wrangler collection and her own boot (Golden West Boots) and jewelry lines (The Lainey Wilson Jewelry Collection).

Songwriting and Collaborations

A Grand Ole Opry member, Wilson has achieved 16 ACM, 9 CMA, and Grammy Award wins for her songs. She has written eight #1 hits, including “4x4xU,” “Wildflowers And Wild Horses,” “Watermelon Moonshine,” and the 2x Platinum Certified “Heart Like A Truck.” She has collaborated with Cole Swindell (“Never Say Never”), Jelly Roll (“Save Me”), HARDY (“wait in the truck”), and others.

Wilson wrote and recorded “Out of Oklahoma” for the movie Twisters and has worked with artists such as Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert, Dolly Parton, and Post Malone. She is set to make her feature film acting debut in next year’s adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s Reminders of Him after first appearing on Paramount’s Yellowstone.
